Double parking is also available so we can bring the parcels directly to your vehicle.

Mondial Relay

A paid delivery service to a pickup point at €5/kg. Estimated delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours in France (max weight 30kg).
2 to 4 business days in Europe.

A tracking number will be provided, and by adding your phone number, you can know the arrival day. No refunds or parcel returns are included in the delivery fees.

DPD Predict

A paid home delivery service at €7.5/kg. Delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours in France (max weight 20kg).
2 to 4 business days in Europe.

This service allows you to view the delivery time slot and change the delivery option in case of absence. A notification service keeps you updated on the delivery status, and online assistance is available.

DPD Classic

A paid home delivery service at €7/kg. Delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours in France (max weight 20kg).
2 to 4 business days in Europe.

This delivery service allows you to track your parcel. Shipping fees include preparation and packaging as well as shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the parcel and annual indexing.

We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is given to fragile items. Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
